How to use Whatsapp UPI based Payment Feature? | Available for Every user in India | Checkout Video

Finally,It's been a long time we are waiting for this feature and the wait is over.Social media Messaging giant Whatsapp just now Rolled out the UPI (Unified Payment Interface) based Payment Feature and It in now available for every user in India.Few Days back it has been tested on Whatsapp Beta version ,But now it is Available on Regular App.
  As you can find the "Payment" option in attachments tab where you can see the Gallery,Audio,Location,Contact,Document and Payment.To avail this feature on your phone you need to update your Whatsapp from Google Playstore.

Step 1 :First you have to link your Bank Account 

     Go to whatsapp >settings>Payments>Click on Accept & Continue then the listed banks shown up in this tab,after that you can select your bank which is linked with your Present whatsapp Mobile Number only(otherwise it doesn't work).then you can see the linked Bank Account with your Whatsapp Number.


Users need to verify their Mobile number which is connected to their bank account "Verify via SMS"

         
Step 2 : Send Money Using Payment Option 

         Go to your friend Personal chat >Attachments>Payment>Enter the Amount & Add a Note  also.
( For sending the Money your friend must and should Link his Bank Account to Whatsapp                        Number, Otherwise you can not send money to your friend)



Some of you got the doubt about why I entered the amount in Rs.5000/- Only, Because that is the maximum limit. At present you can not send more then Rs.5000/-.
You can use this feature in WhatsApp Groups also.

This Payment Feature not working on all Devices, It may take sometime to work properly.
